Terms and Conditions

1. Site policy states that we cannot let to persons under the

age of 21 or groups of the same sex.

2. Sorry no dogs.

3. This is a strictly no smoking caravan. Please respect this.

4. Please respect the accommodation and leave it as you

would expect to find it. All damage or loss will be paid for

by the hirer. Please report any damage or loss so it can be

rectified for the next hirer.

5 Unless stated in the advert, all linen is provided, based on

the number of people on the booking form.

6. A booking is made on receipt of an application form,

together with a signed copy of the 'Terms and Conditions',

and a non returnable deposit of £50 per week (£30 for a 3

or 4 night stay. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the

start date, full payment is required.)

7. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of

hire. Failur to do ths may result in the caravan being

re-let without notice.

8. Cancellation will result in loss of deposit if cancellation is

made more than 8 weeks before commencement of hire.

After that date we will endeavour to re-let but the original

hirer will be responsible for the entire amount less the

amount received for the new let. We suggest you take out

insurance to cover this eventuality.

9. Occupancy: You will be able to collect keys and passes

after 11a.m. so that you can use all the facilities. We

cannot, however, guarantee that the caravan will be ready

for occupancy before 2.30 p.m. If you expect to arrive after

5 PM passes must be paid for with the balance as keys and

passes will need to be collected from security.

10.Departure: Please vacate the caravan by10 a.m. (and return

the keys) so the caravan can be prepared for others.
